Getting started

Create an account — Sign up with your email, Google, or Apple ID. Students with a .edu email are automatically connected to their campus marketplace.

Browse services — Open the Discover tab to search for what you need or explore nearby campus marketplaces.

Book a service — Tap a listing, select your date and options, then complete payment securely through Stripe.

Offer services — Switch to provider mode in your Account tab and create your first job listing with photos and pricing.

Bookings

Browse available services on the Discover tab, tap on a listing you're interested in, select your preferred date and time, choose any add-on services, and complete payment. You'll receive a confirmation with a verification code for your appointment.
Go to the Schedule tab, find your booking, and tap "Cancel." Cancellation policies vary by provider. If you need help with a cancellation dispute, contact us at support@hireu.app.
Go to your Account tab and tap "Become a Provider." Create your first job listing with a description, photos, pricing, and availability. Once published, students near your campus can discover and book your services.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can pay with a credit or debit card, or Apple Pay. Providers receive their earnings after a brief hold period to ensure service quality.

Account

Go to Account > Settings > General > Delete Account. You'll be asked to confirm by typing "DELETE." This permanently removes your account and all associated data.
Make sure location permissions are enabled for HireU. You can also try expanding your search radius using the filter at the top of the Discover tab. If your campus isn't listed yet, let us know at support@hireu.app and we'll add it.
